Kimberly Steed Landrum, CPA (inactive status)

Kimberly Steed Landrum joined Executive Recruiters Agency in 1999.  Her primary focus is locating and placing accounting and financial professionals in all types of industries.   A majority of her clients are located in Arkansas and surrounding states and they range from small/medium size to Fortune 500 corporations.

Her expertise lies in identifying excellent career opportunities and matching those with her database of candidates gained through networking, referrals, sourcing, etc.  Kimberly is a CPA in inactive status.  Her career began with Ernst & Young as an Audit professional.  She later moved into the private sector as an internal auditor and financial reporting accountant with experience totaling 8 years.  Comments from the Recruiter:   “My ultimate goal as a recruiter is to maintain the highest level of integrity with my clients and the candidates I represent.  I don’t believe in trying to fit square pegs into round holes.  As professional recruiter, my goal is finding the right candidates for the right clients.”

Mark Davis

“I was drawn to recruitment because of the inspiration and excitement it brings.  Someone once told me that if you want an All Star Team, you have to go get the players -- the great ones will not just sign up.  That is how I think of recruitment.”

Mark is convinced that there is no substitute for hard work and determination on the pathway to success.  A former running back in college, Mark has seen that there can be no short-cut to winning; it takes your best effort and the team’s best effort on every play.

A native of Chicago, Mark has settled in the Little Rock area with his wife Jari, four children and two West Highland Terriers.  Mark’s niche is in the areas of Human Resources, Supply Chain, Logistics, Safety, and Finance.   A majority of his clients are located in Arkansas and contiguous states and range from small/medium size to Fortune 500 Corporations.

Troy Thompson – Picture coming soon

After nearly 20 years in the television industry, I decided to join forces with Executive Recruiters in May of 2010. I’ve spent most of my career managing Production Departments before moving into Sales and Sales Management. You might have seen me on television hosting some local talk shows across Arkansas. I also have had the privilege to be the Public Address Announcer for the Arkansas Travelers (AA Affiliate for the Anaheim Angels) and the Arkansas Twisters (Arena Football Team).

I came to Executive Recruiters because it allows me to provide a wider range of services to both my clients and career seeking applicants than I was able to before.

On a personal note; I attended Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX and a proud Alumni of Sigma Nu. I am a native Texan but have settled into Little Rock with my wife Carey and our two children after moving here in 1997.
