Assistant Controller – Stellar Company - $50 to $85K - Plus Bonus

South Arkansas – Full Time

Brand new opening – exclusive to Executive Recruiters. Very successful and extremely profitable corporation seeks to add an Accounting professional to their team. Position is multi-faceted and will give you the opportunity to work with a variety of professionals. You will focus on learning the business for the first 2-3 months (learning the industry, company systems, reporting, etc.). After that your involvement will be in various areas (financial reporting, analysis, general accounting – this may even vary depending on your strengths) plus you will play a role in the upcoming SAP implementation.

Opportunities for advancement are excellent with this organization. To qualify you must have a Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 or MORE years of experience in a manufacturing accounting role. Experience using SAP is required.

Aggressive compensation package including base salary range of $50-85K depending on experience plus 2 different bonus plans.

Controller – $70 - $90K – Full Time – South Arkansas

Top financial position at this plant in South Arkansas. Do you excel in identifying cost savings and streamlining processes that make a difference to the bottom line? You will be given the opportunity to make a difference by implementing plant optimization techniques. Budgeting, forecasting, cost studies, process evaluation, etc. plus a management role in the plant.

We are seeking candidates with at least 8-10 or more years of accounting experience including experience supervising a team. Must include some current experience within a manufacturing industry. Bachelor’s degree required.

Base, bonus, relocation together form an excellent package.

Internal Audit Manager – Full Time – Central Arkansas

Salary is based on experience. Due to growth our client is searching for an Internal Audit Manager. Position will conduct financial, operational, regulatory, contractual, etc. type audits and supervise one degreed Audit Staff.

Must have BOTH CPA and CIA to be considered. 3-5 (or more) years audit experience required from either private or public accounting or a combination of both.

Corporate Underwriter - $50 – 55K – Full Time – Central Arkansas

A Growing Central Arkansas Insurance Company

General

Make accurate rate recommendations to the CEO and CFO for new groups over 50 lives and renewal groups based on accepted rating models and departmental guidelines.

Specific

· Rate group requests received from the Marketing Department for groups over 50 lives

· Coordinate the distribution rate information to the Marketing Department

· Prepare experience reports at renewal

· Recommend renewal rates to the CEO and CFO

· Distribution responsibilities of renewal rates to Marketing Department

· Other responsibilities as assigned

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

Experience

Proven experience in accounting, finance or other related business
